How to Assign and Reassign Lead Ownership

Ensuring every lead has a clear owner keeps follow‑ups timely and accountability high. You can assign ownership on creation or reassign at any time.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Leads → Lead Contact.

  2. Open the lead’s detail view.

  3. Click the Owner dropdown at the top.

  4. Select a new team member or role.

  5. Click Save—the new owner receives a notification.
