Overview
Stay on top of critical lead events—new capture, status changes, score thresholds—by configuring in‑app and email alerts.
Steps
Go to Automation & AI → Workflows, click + New Workflow.
Select Lead Contact module and pick a Trigger (e.g. “Lead Created,” “Status Changed”).
Add an Action: Send Email Alert or In‑App Notification, and choose recipients (owner, team).
Save and Activate.
Tips
Use filters in your trigger (e.g. only if Lead Score ≥ 80) to avoid alert fatigue.
Set up a daily digest workflow for lower‑priority events.
Name your workflows clearly so everyone knows their purpose.
Troubleshooting / FAQs
No alert received: Verify the workflow is active and your user role has notification permissions.
Too many alerts: Add conditions or consolidate multiple triggers into one digest.
Alerts firing late: Check any delay settings and your SMTP server queue.
