Overview
Stay on top of critical lead events—new capture, status changes, score thresholds—by configuring in‑app and email alerts.

Steps

  1. Go to Automation & AI → Workflows, click + New Workflow.

  2. Select Lead Contact module and pick a Trigger (e.g. “Lead Created,” “Status Changed”).

  3. Add an Action: Send Email Alert or In‑App Notification, and choose recipients (owner, team).

  4. Save and Activate.
