How to Resolve Discrepancies Between Dashboard Counts and Detail Views

Overview
Sometimes your lead/deal dashboards (counts, charts) don’t match what you see in the list view—often due to filters, date ranges, or user scopes.

Procedure

  1. Note the dashboard widget filters (e.g. Date Range: “This Month,” Status: “Open”).

  2. In Leads → Lead Contact or Leads → Deals, replicate those same filters at the top of the table.

  3. If you have user‑scoped dashboards, confirm your role’s data scope under Settings → Roles & Permissions.

  4. Compare the filtered table count to the dashboard number.

  5. Adjust your dashboard or table filters until they match; save the corrected dashboard view if possible.
