Configure App Settings

Overview:
Set global preferences for date/time formats, timezone, currency, and language across your entire Laywork account.

On this page:

• Date Format dropdown

• Time Format dropdown

• Default Timezone selector

• Default Currency dropdown

• Language dropdown

• Save button

Steps:

1. Navigate to App Settings → App Settings tab.

2. Choose the formats and defaults you prefer:

   • Date Format (e.g. d-m-Y → 20-04-2025)

   • Time Format (12‑hour or 24‑hour clock)

   • Default Timezone (e.g. Asia/Kolkata)

   • Default Currency (e.g. ₫ (VND))

   • Language (UI text for new users)

3. Click Save.

Tips & Best Practices:

• Tailor Date and Time formats to match your region.

• Changing Language here affects only new users; existing users keep their chosen language.

Troubleshooting / FAQs:

• Formats aren’t updating?
  You may need to log out and back in for all screens to reflect new formats.

• Timezone list is missing entries?
  Contact support to refresh or update the timezone database.
