Overview
If a user account has been deactivated, admins can easily restore access without losing prior data or roles.
Step‑by‑Step Instructions (For Admins)
Go to Settings → Members & Permissions → Users.
Switch the view to Inactive Users.
Click the Reactivate button next to the user’s name.
Confirm reactivation and (if needed) reset temporary password or send login instructions.
Tips
Reactivated users regain access with the same roles and permissions as before.
If needed, you can reassign roles or teams after reactivation.
