How to Reactivate a Deactivated User Account

If a user account has been deactivated, admins can easily restore access without losing prior data or roles.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions (For Admins)

  1. Go to Settings → Members & Permissions → Users.

  2. Switch the view to Inactive Users.

  3. Click the Reactivate button next to the user’s name.

  4. Confirm reactivation and (if needed) reset temporary password or send login instructions.
