How to Delete Your User Account Permanently

If you wish to permanently delete your Laywork user account, you can request deletion through the user dashboard.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions

1. Go to My Account → Account Settings.

2. Scroll to Delete Account section.

3. Click Request Account Deletion.

4. Follow the confirmation steps and enter your password.

5. You’ll receive an email confirming deletion within 7 days.

What Happens After

• All your data and activity logs are permanently erased.

• Your organization admin will be notified.

• You can’t undo this action once processed.

Tips

• Consider downloading your data or requesting access history before deletion.

• If you belong to an organization, notify your manager before initiating deletion.
