Overview
If you serve clients in different countries, you can override the default company currency at the client level—so each invoice, estimate, and payment uses their local currency.
Step‑by‑Step Instructions
Go to Clients → Customers and open a customer record.
Click the Settings (⚙️) icon or Edit button.
Find the Currency dropdown in their profile.
Select the desired currency (e.g., EUR, GBP, JPY).
Save. All future financial documents for that customer will use their currency.
Tips
If you’re using multi‑currency accounting, ensure you’ve enabled it under Settings → Finance → Multi‑Currency first.
Override only for customers who invoice exclusively in their local currency.

Invoices still showing default currency
Check that the override was saved and that you created a new invoice after saving.
Exchange rate not applied
Confirm the rate exists under Settings → Currency Rates for the selected client date.
