How to View and Manage an Employee’s Salary History

All salary changes—initial setup, increments, overrides—are logged. Viewing history helps audit past adjustments and revert mistakes if needed.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  1. From HR → Payroll → Employee Salary, click the ⋮ Action menu and choose View.

  2. In the View Salary History popup, you’ll see a table of:

  3. To remove an erroneous entry, click the 🗑 Delete icon on that row. The system will recalculate the current salary based on remaining entries.

  4. Close the popup when done.
