How to Deactivate vs. Delete a Client

Overview:
Archive inactive clients for historical reference or permanently remove them when needed (e.g., GDPR requests).

Steps to Deactivate (Archive):

  1. In Clients, click the Action (⋮) → Deactivate on the client row.

  2. Confirm; the client moves to the Inactive filter and is excluded from active lists.

Steps to Delete Permanently:

  1. Switch to the Inactive view via the Filters menu.

  2. Click Action (⋮) → Delete on the archived client.

  3. Type DELETE to confirm permanent removal.
