How to Remove or Reset an Employee’s Salary Profile

If an employee leaves or you need to clear their salary setup, you can remove their profile and all associated salary entries.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to HR → Payroll → Employee Salary.

  2. Find the employee’s row and click the ⋮ Action menu.

  3. Choose Delete Salary (or Reset Profile).

  4. Confirm the prompt: this will delete their salary components and history, returning their Net Salary to “––”.
