Use role permissions to restrict who can view or manage sensitive areas like Payroll, Finance, or Hiring.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to Roles & Permissions and click to Edit a role.
Scroll to the Payroll, Finance, or Hiring tabs.
Set all permissions to None or View Only based on your restriction level.
Save the role.
Assign this role only to employees who need minimal access.
Tips
Use “View Only” instead of “None” if someone needs to monitor reports without making changes.
Always test a role using a test user to confirm what’s restricted.

They may have multiple roles assigned. Remove extra roles if needed.

Check if the user has Admin rights—Admins override all permission limits.
