Your Purchase History page shows every subscription action you’ve taken—free trials, upgrades, renewals, offline requests—and assigns each a unique Transaction ID.
Key Columns
Package: The plan name and cycle (e.g. Professional (Monthly)).
Payment Date & Next Payment Date: When you were (or will be) billed.
Transaction ID: A system‑generated code you can reference in any support inquiry.
Amount & Payment Gateway: How much you paid and by which method (Stripe or Offline).
Using Transaction IDs
Always include the Transaction ID when emailing support about a billing question.
Transaction IDs help our team locate your invoice, refund, or upgrade in seconds.
Troubleshooting
If you see a dash (–) under Amount, it means the plan was free (trial or complimentary).
