If your card or bank transfer fails, Laywork will retry and notify you so you can keep your subscription active.

What to Do Next

  1. Update your payment method: Settings > Billing > Purchase History tab → click Update Payment on the failed transaction.

  2. For offline payments, upload proof in Settings > Billing > Offline Request.

  3. Once payment is successful, your subscription remains uninterrupted.
