Overview
Laywork may suspend your workspace access if a renewal invoice remains unpaid past the grace period. Here’s how to restore service.
Steps to Reactivate
Log in to your (restricted) workspace—click the Reactivation link on the suspension notice.
Review the Outstanding Invoice and click Pay Now.
Update or add a new payment method if needed.
Once payment settles, your workspace is unlocked immediately.

API access is disabled
Tips
To avoid suspension, set up an auto‑retry card and enable billing reminders in Notification Settings.
