The Company TDS Report tab displays month-wise TDS deductions for the entire organization, helping you track total tax liability.
Step-by-Step
Access Payroll → Reports
Click the “Company Tds Report” tab
Select a Member
Use the “Choose Member” dropdown to view TDS for a specific employee or “All” for the entire company
Interpret the Dashboard
The top-left card shows TDS Charged total
The table lists Month Wise TDS Calculation
Best Practices
Review this report monthly to ensure accurate remittance to tax authorities.
Export via the download icon next to the TDS summary card for record-keeping.
Troubleshooting / FAQs
No TDS data appears.
Confirm TDS slabs are configured under Payroll Settings → Salary TDS and that pay runs have occurred.
Numbers don’t match your accounting software.
Ensure currency settings match (see Settings → Currency Settings).
Cannot select “All” members.
You need “View All Employees” permission in Roles & Permissions.
