Configure Your Default Invoice Settings

Overview
Set up how your invoices look and behave—logo, due date, reminders, and which client details appear.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Finance Settings → Invoice Settings.

  2. Upload your Invoice Logo and authorized signature (optional).

  3. Choose your Language, and set Due After days.

  4. Configure Send Reminder Before/After days.

  5. Select which client info (name, email, phone, address) appears.

  6. Enter default Terms & Conditions and any Other Information.

  7. Click Save.
