How to Create a One-Time Invoice

Overview
Generate a standard invoice to bill your client for products or services rendered.

Steps

  1. Go to Finance > Invoices and click Create Invoice.

  2. Enter required header fields:

  3. Select a Client, optional Project, and Bank Account.

  4. (Optional) Add a Shipping Address.

  5. Under Items, choose an existing Product or enter a custom Description, Quantity, Unit Price, and Tax. Click Add Item for multiple lines.

  6. Review Sub Total, apply any Discount, and confirm Total.

  7. (Optional) Attach supporting files via Choose a file.

  8. Add a Note for the recipient and confirm Terms and Conditions.

  9. Click Save to create the invoice in Draft status.
