How to Send and Track an Invoice

Overview
Move a draft invoice to Sent status and monitor payment progress.

Steps

  1. From Finance > Invoices, locate your draft in the list.

  2. Click the “•••” action menu and choose Send.

  3. Review email template, modify message if needed, and click Send Invoice.

  4. The invoice status changes to Unpaid (Not Sent) then Unpaid (Sent) once emailed.

  5. Track payment under Status:
