Learn how invoices transition through statuses from draft to paid.
Steps
Click the Help icon on any invoice page and select Invoice Lifecycle.
Review the flow chart:
Draft → Sent → Unpaid → (Overdue or Partially Paid) → Paid
Hover each status for tooltip definitions.
Tips
Use Send Reminder rules in Settings > Finance Settings to automate follow-ups.
Mark an invoice Void (via action menu) if you cancel billing.

A: A full payment was recorded manually or via gateway webhook.
