How to Add a Credit Note to a Client Invoice

Overview
Issue a credit note to adjust or refund an existing invoice.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Finance → Credit Note.

  2. Click Add Credit Note.

  3. Select the Client and related Invoice.

  4. Enter Credit Amount, Reason, and Date.

  5. (Optional) Attach supporting documents.

  6. Click Save.
