Overview
Define the payment options (bank transfer, PayPal, etc.) that clients see on invoices.
Steps
Open Finance Settings → Invoice Payment Details.
Click Add Payment Detail.
Enter a Title (e.g. “Bank Transfer”).
Fill in Payment Details (account number, instructions).
(Optional) Upload a QR Code image.
Click Save.
Tips
Provide clear instructions (bank name, SWIFT, account).
Use QR codes for mobile-friendly payments.

Q: Payment detail doesn’t show on PDF.
A: Ensure the method is selected when creating the invoice.
