Add and Manage Invoice-Payment Methods

Overview
Define the payment options (bank transfer, PayPal, etc.) that clients see on invoices.

Steps

  1. Open Finance Settings → Invoice Payment Details.

  2. Click Add Payment Detail.

  3. Enter a Title (e.g. “Bank Transfer”).

  4. Fill in Payment Details (account number, instructions).

  5. (Optional) Upload a QR Code image.

  6. Click Save.
