Overview
Email your saved estimate directly to the client for approval.
Steps
In Finance > Estimates, locate the estimate row and click the “⋮” Action menu.
Choose Send.
In the Send Estimate dialog, select the Client (with email) and click Send.
The status changes to Waiting (Sent).
Tips
Confirm your company’s email settings under Settings > Email to ensure deliverability.
Include a personalized message in the email template to improve engagement.
Troubleshooting / FAQs
Q: Client reports they didn’t receive the estimate email.
A: Ask them to check spam/junk. Verify your SMTP settings and resend.
Q: I can’t click “Send.”
A: Make sure the client record has a valid email address.
