Overview
Quickly turn an approved estimate into a billable invoice without re-entering line items.
Steps
After the client accepts (status becomes Accept), open the estimate’s Action menu.
Click Create Invoice.
Review pre-filled invoice fields (dates, currency, line items).
Adjust as needed, then click Save.
Tips
Use this flow to maintain numbering continuity between estimate and invoice.
Check your Invoice Settings (e.g. due days, template) before saving.
Troubleshooting / FAQs
Q: “Create Invoice” option is missing.
A: Only estimates with status Accept show this option.
Q: Line-items changed unexpectedly.
A: Verify your estimate template; edits to templates do not retroactively apply to saved estimates.
