Need to adjust pricing, quantities, or terms? This article shows how to update any draft or sent proposal.
Steps
In Finance → Proposal, locate the proposal and click the three-dot Action menu.
Choose Edit.
Modify fields: Valid Till, Description, Items, Discount, etc.
Click Save.
If already sent, click Resend to notify the lead of changes.
Tips
After edits, mark the proposal as Sent again so the lead sees the updated version.
Use the Download action to export a PDF before and after edits for record keeping.
Troubleshooting / FAQs
Q: I don’t see the “Edit” option.
A: Only proposals in Draft or Waiting status can be edited.
