Overview
Once a lead accepts your proposal, seamlessly turn it into an invoice to begin the billing process.
Steps
In Finance → Proposal, locate the accepted proposal.
Click Action → Create Invoice.
Review the auto-populated invoice draft: items, amounts, and client details.
Adjust any settings (due date, template, payment methods).
Click Save or Send Invoice.
Tips
Ensure your Invoice Settings (under Finance Settings) are configured before conversion.
Attach additional documents on the invoice if needed.
Troubleshooting / FAQs
Q: “Create Invoice” is grayed out.
A: Only proposals with status Accepted can be converted.
