Converting a Proposal into an Invoice

Overview
Once a lead accepts your proposal, seamlessly turn it into an invoice to begin the billing process.

Steps

  1. In Finance → Proposal, locate the accepted proposal.

  2. Click Action → Create Invoice.

  3. Review the auto-populated invoice draft: items, amounts, and client details.

  4. Adjust any settings (due date, template, payment methods).

  5. Click Save or Send Invoice.
