Proposal won’t send
Ensure your email settings under Account → Profile Settings are configured.
Totals don’t match line items
Verify tax and discount settings; recalculate after changes.
Template changes not applied
Clear browser cache and reload the Proposal page.
Cannot convert to invoice
Check that the proposal status is Accepted.
Lead not receiving email
Ask the lead to whitelist your sending address; verify spam filters.
