How to Attach and View Bills/Receipts

Overview
Upload digital copies of receipts to maintain audit-ready records for every expense.

Steps

  1. In the Add Expense or Edit Expense form, scroll to the Bill section.

  2. Click Choose a file and select your receipt scan or photo.

  3. Save the expense.

  4. To view, click the expense’s three-dot Action menu and select View—the receipt displays inline.
