Overview
See all approved expenses over a period, broken out by item and category, with charts and exportable tables.
Steps
Go to Reports > Expense Report.
Choose Duration, and optional filters: Category, Employee, Project.
View:
Total Expenses card.
Expense Report line chart.
Expense Category Report chart.
Table of each expense (item, price, employee, date, status).
Click Export to download details.
Tips
Use Category filter to isolate high-cost areas (e.g. travel).
Export monthly reports for accounting reconciliation.
Troubleshooting / FAQs
Q: My chart is empty but table has rows.
A: Switch the chart to list view by clicking the list icon top-right of the chart area.
Q: An expense I approved isn’t showing.
A: Check that its Purchase Date falls within your selected duration.
