How to Capture Leads via Web Forms

Overview:
Embed customizable forms on your website to automatically feed new leads into Laywork.

Steps:

1. Go to Leads & Deals → Forms.

2. Click Create Form, choose the fields you need (Name, Email, Phone, etc.).

3. Configure Form Settings (thank‑you message, redirect URL).

4. Copy the embed JavaScript/HTML code.

5. Paste it into your website’s source where you want the form to appear.

Tips & Best Practices:

• Use clear, compelling calls‑to‑action (e.g., “Get Your Free Quote”).

• Add a CAPTCHA or honeypot field to reduce spam submissions.

Troubleshooting / FAQs:

• Form not appearing on site? Ensure the script is placed just before </body> and no JS errors exist.

• Submissions not showing up? Verify field‑to‑CRM mappings in the Form’s Settings tab.
