How to Edit a Recurring Invoice Template

Overview
Modify the items, amounts, or frequency on a saved recurring invoice template for all future cycles.

Steps

  1. Go to Finance > Invoices > Recurring Invoice.

  2. Click the “⋮” menu next to the template and choose Edit.

  3. Update any header fields (Client, Currency, Tax), billing frequency, Total Count, or line-items.

  4. Click Save. All upcoming invoices inherit your changes; past invoices remain unchanged.
