Overview:
Automatically turn replies or clicks from your marketing emails into new lead records in Laywork.
Steps:
Go to Settings → Integrations → Email.
Under Inbound Email, click Connect and follow the prompts to authorize.
Define parsing rules (e.g., subject contains “[New Lead]”) and map email fields to lead properties.
Save and send a test email to your inbound address.
Confirm the new lead appears under Leads.
Tips & Best Practices:
Use a dedicated email alias (e.g., [email protected]) to separate lead traffic.
Standardize subject‑line tags so parsing rules stay consistent.

Emails aren’t parsed: Check that your parsing rule conditions exactly match the test email.
