Steps
From the sidebar, click Orders then Add New Order.
Confirm or edit the Order Number.
Select a Client or click Add to create one.
(Optional) Click + Add Shipping Address and fill in details.
Set Status (Pending, Confirmed, Shipped).
Under Select Product, pick an item and click Add.
Input Quantity, Unit Price, and optional Tax or Discount.
Review Sub Total and Total.
(Optional) Add a Client Note.
Click Submit to save the order.
Tips
Filter products by name or SKU using the funnel icon.
The Generated By field defaults to your company profile.
Troubleshooting
If your client doesn’t appear, verify they are active in Clients.
Incorrect total? Check discount and tax values.
