Overview
Finalize an order by marking it complete after fulfillment or delivery.
Steps
In Orders, open the Action menu on the order.
Select Mark as complete.
Status updates to Completed (green dot).
Tips
Completed orders are excluded from open order reports.
Use this to trigger invoicing workflows.
Troubleshooting
Option missing? Only Shipped orders can be completed.
Status doesn’t change? Verify your user permissions.
