How to Submit a New Support Ticket

Learn how to open a ticket so our support team can track and resolve your issue.

Steps

  1. Click Tickets in the left sidebar, then Create Ticket.

  2. Select Requester: choose Client or Employee.

  3. Pick or add Requester Name.

  4. Choose Assign Group (e.g. Support) and Type (Bug, Question, Feature Request).

  5. Enter a concise Ticket Subject and detailed Description.

  6. (Optional) Upload attachments via Upload File.

  7. Under Other Details, set Priority, Channel Name, and Tags.

  8. Click Save.
