Learn how to open a ticket so our support team can track and resolve your issue.
Steps
Click Tickets in the left sidebar, then Create Ticket.
Select Requester: choose Client or Employee.
Pick or add Requester Name.
Choose Assign Group (e.g. Support) and Type (Bug, Question, Feature Request).
Enter a concise Ticket Subject and detailed Description.
(Optional) Upload attachments via Upload File.
Under Other Details, set Priority, Channel Name, and Tags.
Click Save.
Tips
Use clear subject lines like “Unable to export report.”
Attach screenshots or logs for faster diagnosis.
Troubleshooting
Save button disabled? Ensure all required fields (*) are filled.
Form won’t open? Refresh the page or check your connection.
