Overview
Tailor the fields customers see when submitting tickets via your website.
Steps
Navigate to Tickets → Ticket Form.
Toggle each field’s switch to enable or disable it in the form.
Drag the handle to reorder fields.
Copy the iframe code or direct link and embed it on your site.
Click Save changes.
Tips
Only include essential fields to reduce submission friction.
Preview changes in the right panel.
Troubleshooting
Embedded form not updating? Clear cache or re-paste iframe code.
Field missing? Ensure its toggle is on and form is saved.
