Overview
Quickly locate tickets by using filters and search criteria.
Steps
In the Tickets list, click Filters.
Set filters: Group, Agent, Priority, Channel, Type, Tags, Project.
Use the search bar to enter ticket number or keywords.
Click Apply; click Clear to reset filters.
Tips
Combine multiple filters for precise results.
Save frequent filter URLs as browser bookmarks.
Troubleshooting
No tickets found? Widen the date range or remove restrictive filters.
Filters panel won’t open? Close any open modals first.
