Download your ticket list as CSV for reporting or import into other tools.
Steps
Apply desired filters in Tickets.
Click the Export button.
Choose CSV format and click Download.
Open the file in spreadsheet software.

Filter by priority or date before exporting for targeted reports.
Use pivot tables to analyze ticket trends.
Troubleshooting
Export button greyed out? Deselect any active row selection.
Missing columns? Adjust visible columns via Columns settings
