Overview
Manually delegate tickets to specific agents or let Round Robin handle it.
Steps
In Tickets, click the three‑dot Action on a ticket row.
Select Assign and choose an Agent or Group.
Click Confirm.
Tips
Use Round Robin for fair distribution (see article 8).
Assign critical issues to senior agents.
Troubleshooting
No agents listed? Enable agents in Settings → Ticket Agents.
Assignment fails? Check your role permissions.
