Overview
Create reusable message templates to reply consistently to common inquiries.
Steps
Go to Settings → Reply Templates.
Click Add New Template, enter a title and message body (use placeholders like {{ticket_id}}).
Click Save.
In a ticket thread, click Templates and select your template.
Tips
Maintain separate templates for greetings, troubleshooting steps, and closures.
Review templates quarterly.
Troubleshooting
Placeholders not replaced? Use correct syntax: double curly braces.
Template not visible? Confirm it’s enabled.
