Defining Ticket Types

Overview
Ticket Types categorize why tickets were opened (Bug, Feature Request, Question, etc.). You can add custom types or remove unused ones.

Steps

  1. Under Ticket Settings, select the Ticket Types tab.

  2. Click Add New Ticket Type.

  3. Enter the Type Name and click Save.

  4. To edit a type, click Edit, change the name, and Save.

  5. To delete, click Delete next to a type.
