Overview
Channels define how tickets enter your system (Web Form, Email, API). Here you connect email inboxes or generate embed codes.
Steps
In Ticket Settings, go to the Ticket Channel tab.
To add email: click Add Channel, choose Email, enter your support address and mail server details, then Save.
To set up the web form: copy the provided iframe code under “Web Form” and paste into your website.
(Optional) Adjust width/height parameters in the iframe snippet.
Test each channel by submitting a ticket via that channel and verifying it appears.
Tips
Use a dedicated support@ email to avoid mixing with general inbox.
Embed the web form on a “Contact Us” page for seamless UX.
Troubleshooting
Emails not creating tickets? Verify forwarding rules and credentials.
Form embed blank? Ensure your site allows iframes and the code is up‑to‑date.
