Overview
Automatically convert incoming support emails into tickets.
Steps
Go to Settings → Ticket Channel → Email.
Enter your support email address and SMTP/IMAP credentials.
Set forwarding rules in your email provider to forward mail to Laywork.
Click Test Connection and then Save.
Tips
Use a dedicated support@ address.
Set up auto‑responders in email for acknowledgment.
Troubleshooting
Emails not creating tickets? Check forwarding rules and credentials.
Attachments missing? Enable “Include attachments” in channel settings.
