How to Export Leads to CSV

Overview:
Easily export your lead database for reporting, backups, or migration by downloading a CSV file of all or filtered leads.h

Steps:

1. Navigate to Leads & Deals → Leads.

2. Use filters (Status, Owner, Date Range) to narrow your list.

3. Click Export in the top‑right corner and select CSV.

4. Choose All Fields or Custom Fields to include in the export.

5. Click Download and save the file locally.
