How to Manage Letter Templates

Overview
Create and maintain reusable templates so you don’t have to rewrite common letters each time.

Steps

  1. Go to Letter → Template.

  2. Click Add Template.

  3. Enter a Title (e.g. “Onboarding Welcome”).

  4. In Description, compose your template, using available variables (see right‑hand list).

  5. Click Save.

  6. To edit or delete, use the three‑dot Action menu next to any template.
