Overview
Create and maintain reusable templates so you don’t have to rewrite common letters each time.
Steps
Go to Letter → Template.
Click Add Template.
Enter a Title (e.g. “Onboarding Welcome”).
In Description, compose your template, using available variables (see right‑hand list).
Click Save.
To edit or delete, use the three‑dot Action menu next to any template.
Tips
Prefix template titles with category (e.g. “HR – Welcome”) for easy searching.
Keep templates focused: one purpose per template.
Troubleshooting
Cannot save? Ensure Title is not blank and Description has content.
Template not appearing? Refresh the page after saving.
