How to Delete Unneeded Letters or Templates

Overview
Remove outdated letters or templates to keep your library tidy.

Steps

1. For generated letters: Letter → Generate, click the three‑dot Action → Delete.

2. For templates: Letter → Template, click Action → Delete.

3. Confirm in the popup.

Tips

• Export letters before deletion if you need an archive.

• Periodically review templates for relevance.

Troubleshooting

• Delete disabled? Check that you have Manager or Admin role.

• Item still visible? Refresh the page or clear browser cache.
