Objectives are the high‑level goals your team will strive toward. In this article you’ll learn how to add a new objective, set its dates, priority, and assignees.
Steps
Navigate to Performance → Objective.
Click + Add Objective.
Fill in:
Title and Description
Goal Type (Individual, Department, Company)
Start/End Dates
Priority and Check‑in Frequency
Owners (Assignees)
Click Save.
Tips
Use clear, time‑bound titles (e.g. “Increase Q2 revenue by 20%”).
Assign only 1–2 owners to avoid confusion.
Choose “Daily” check‑ins for fast‑moving objectives; “Weekly” for longer‑term.
Troubleshooting / FAQs
“Save” button disabled? Ensure all required fields (*) are filled.
Dates not accepted? Check that End Date ≥ Start Date.
Can’t select owner? Confirm user has “Owner” role in Performance Settings.
