Adding Key Results to an Objective

Overview
Key Results break an Objective into measurable milestones. This article shows how to add and configure them.

Steps

1. From Performance → Objective, locate your objective and click the three‑dot Action menu → Add Key Result.

2. Choose a Metric Type (Percentage, Units, Revenue).

3. Enter Initial Value, Current Value, and Target Value.

4. Click Save.

Tips

• Start with small initial values to see progress bars move.

• Use different metrics to reflect diverse outcomes (e.g. Units + Revenue).

Troubleshooting / FAQs

• Progress stays at 0%: Update the Current Value manually or via integrated data.

• Metric type missing: Add it under Performance Settings → Key Results Metrics.
