Overview
Key Results Metrics let you decide which measurement types appear when adding KRs.
Steps
Under Settings → Performance Settings, select Key Results Metrics.
Click + Add Key Results Metrics.
Enter a Metrics Name (e.g. “New Sign‑ups”).
Click Save.
To remove unused metrics, click the trash icon.
Tips
Pre‑define all metrics you use across teams to ensure consistency.
Use clear names (“Revenue (USD)”, “Tickets Closed”) to avoid confusion.
Troubleshooting / FAQs
Metric not appearing in KR form: Refresh the page after adding.
Cannot delete metric in use: Remove it from all existing KRs first.
