Customize the list of Lead Statuses to match your sales process, ensuring every rep speaks the same language.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Leads & Deals → Settings → Lead Status & Qualification.

  2. Under Lead Status, click Edit List.

  3. Add new statuses (e.g., “Attempting Contact,” “Nurture”) or remove unused ones.

  4. Drag to reorder so the most common statuses appear first.

  5. Click Save to apply your custom list.
