Overview
Record that the PO has been sent to the vendor—useful for tracking tendered vs. pending orders.
Steps
In the PO list, click Action → Mark as Sent.
The “Delivery Status” dot changes (e.g. from Not Started to Sent).
Tips
Combine this with automated email notifications (see Article 10).
Use distinct statuses (“Sent,” “Acknowledged,” “Delivered”) to track lifecycle.
Troubleshooting
Status not updating? Check your user role has permission to change delivery status under Purchase Settings → Roles & Permissions.
Wrong status? Edit the PO and choose the correct Delivery Status.
